I have brownish black hair, what color highlights would look good?

Id say red...It would look more natural than anything light. Blonde also looks really cool, but not as natural. Depends on the look you are going for.

It kind of depends on what your into and how much you want it to stand out, but i have the same color hair as you, and i used to have a light-brown kind of gold color in my hair, that looked pretty good, but any lighter brown colors look good also.

Hope that helped

amber red or blue that would be cool too.

this is something you could do, get you hair cut or trimmed and make sure the stylist makes the ends of your hair copped looking and the just dye the tips amber red(i'd go for that because it's wild but yet alittle mainstream depends on how you wear it) or blue.~i hope you like w/e you decide 2 do

well i got blonde highlights

and they looked great but then they turned yellow

and dry and frizzy

but maybe i needed to tone it?

but anyway i ended up dieing the highlights orange...

then brown

then brown again

till i got them chopped off.

I think you should have red

because i see the girls walking around with dark brown hair and red highlights

and it looks great

(p.s my hair is dark brown)
