My hair is down to the base of my neck and I've got a kinda emo straightened look.But no dramatic haircut.It's just layered.

I want to get pink highlights in it so it looks more emoish.I was wondering what kinds of styles with the streaks looks really cool.Like getting the bangs done.or the ends.Stuff like that.

Mabye instead of highlighting it vertically, you should highlight it horizontally........ it might look cool

Have you thought of just adding a few pink extensions? Most salons will usually do them for about $5 a strand and you can have them placed wherever you'd like.

It's a little different than what you described in your question, but you might want to consider it.
