Im flipina, and my hair is black, 3inches below my shoulder. What color should my highlights be, or should I leave it natural?

i think you should leave it natural but if you do get highlights make sure that they are not too light. And about thinning it out, just remember that when it grows out again it will come back very thick. trust me, it happened to my friend. so don't thin out to much.
