I have sandy/dirty blonde hair and it looks so flat. I want a new look. My hairs kinda wavy but I usually straighten it or pull it up. Either way, my hair looks dull. So should i dye it blonder or just add highlights? What would you do....

darker color like brown highlights will look GREAT!!! because a shade of blonde will make it look a little boring too,

i have the same type of hair as you and i got highlights and it did miracles for my hair.
i wouldnt dye it blonder, just get highlights and is makes it look alot less dull.

I have similar colour hair and you could do what I did.
Basically I had a semi permenant, half head, lift. If that makes any sense lol. It made my hair a nicer blonde really, I also had a few highlights which added depth and interest.
All in all it was over 鎷?0 ($100) but I think it was worth it.
