I have brown hair too and i got blue highlights and they dont make an actual permanent blue dye, i think they use it in perms or something..i always see old ladies with tinted blue hair. But anyways, they will fade, it'll take a few washings but sadly it will :(

Yes, it will. If you have dark-colored hair then you will have to bleach the hair you are dying first for the color to even show. When my friend did this, the color slowly faded and it left her hair with white streaks from the bleach, lol. It looks pretty neat, though.
