i would get permanently straightend hair becuase curly hair with high lights don't really look cute to me.. but thats just my opinion. And anyways straightend hair looks cute in alot of one tone colors so it doesnt matter whether you have highlights or not.

Highlights, trust me, I had my hair permanently straightened. They promised it would be oh so silky. It ruined my hair, I spent several hundred dollars, it did not straighten my hair all the way it just looked like a bad perm.

Permanently straightened hair products damage your hair a great deal. Your hair will be dry and very stiff(straw-like). Highlights are a pretty change for your hair, and bring out your complexion. I'd go with the highlights, plus, if you don't like them, you can color over them, or they'll grow out. You can't grow out hair straighteners.

I would get highlights. It's easier to get undone if you decide against it later. Also, i like diversity in my hair, curly, straight, wavy, whatever. i think a girl is much sexier with different things than just straight.

Well if you have nauturally curly hair i would deffinetley go for the permantley straightened hair because curly hair and highlights just clash and look trashy. Even though having straight hair would be great, you want to still have hair when you are older. Highlights still arent good for your hair, they are better then striaghtening.

I once permanently straightened my hair. It took sooooo long and so many washing. I think the overall time was four hours. In the end, it looks nice but I personally didn't think it was worth the time, the wait and also the cost. $120 dollars.

I would perfer highlights.
