Blonde highlights with dark brown-black hair?

I have dark brown to black-ish hair I was thinking of getting blonde highlights but I want something that isn't too yellow looking or dark. The only thing that matches my description is platinum blonde, any blonde colors along those terms besides platinum you reccomend? Also my hair is dyed brown in the front should I use a color stripper to get rid of it or dye it the same color as the rest of my hair?

don't strip hair, just go to professional..cant do platinum highlights at home. Your picture has golden highlights though.Platinum highlights on dark IS nice.
