Should i get HIGHLIGHTS or DARK CHOCOLATE BROWN hair?

i have naturally dark brown hair and was thinking of either getting highlights but im 19 so idk if they will make me look younger i just wanted some lighter highlights. or i was thinking about going chocolate brown or dark brown/black like vanessa hudgens which one would look best?

It depends if your hair is long enough to go with the vanessa look if it is then go with it but if it isn't then either just highlights or go dark then highlights.

Definately the brown, cuz that color works whether ur hair is str8 or curly. That and i personaley think that highlyts make people look really rough unless they r dulla nd barely noticable. hope i helped!! =D
