Be really careful with a permanent tint, especially with blonde highlights. More than likely you will turn green, ash, or orange.
Try getting some low lights to gradually break up the blonde.
I had blonde highlights in my hair + now im nearly all over blonde, now im fed up, can i apply a permanent tint

You can, but be careful.
I went from blonde to dark brown in one tint and I had a greenish tinge to my hair until it grew out. The trick is to put a red tone on first then go darker from there.
You could always just go to the hairdresser, at least they'll do it properly

Go to a professinal!!! Im a natural blonde, i dyd my hair light brown. it turned out blondiesh with dull brown shade! If you want to do it yourself. Buy a hair color 2 shades lighter or darker from your own natural color. It will either cover your whole head, or you can try dyeing just the bottom darks which will make an affect of having highlights. Its very hard to do though! I'd say go to a professinal, it would be worth the money.

I have the same problem! Highlights will always make your hair get blonder and blonder. The best thing to do is to go to a salon and get low lights if you want to keep some of the blonde. I get low lights once a year.
If you want to go back to your natural color and do it yourself, make sure you buy a warm shade. DO NOT GET ASH. Ash will turn bleach green!

Why not go for some low lights to break up the blonde
